Good people and culture somewhat? Still offering good compensation when comparing to other flex spaces.

Cons

Lack of growth, and people has been cut every year that we are always short handed and management always reacts way to late to certain situations. A lot of emphasis on what is going on in UK / USC but nothing for APAC. A lot of ambitions on moving the company forward but nothing done intrinsically to keep employees happy and fueled to move the company forward.

Too many software uses, in some industries you cannot follow the process fully and have to steer away from the system,
