I came to this company loving it so much. The high energy, the mission, the employee benefits were so great.

Pros

The people at WeWork are incredible to work with. I've never worked with so many people of such ability and thoughtfulness.

Cons

The company, in general is pretty disorganized. People in one department have no idea what other departments are doing. There are times it feels like no one has a comprehensive view of how the pieces work together.
