Pros

There isn't anything I can say.

Cons

-Full of "lifers" who have been with the company for 10+ years and are not experienced or even qualified to lead a sales organization. -Absolutely no room for growth. -They do not invest in their employees. It is very clear you are a number to them. -They are solely focused on being profitable. Which means they feel comfortable laying off team members and make you responsible for picking up their work without compensation.

Pros

Worked with amazing teams and really supportive managers! Overall, they were really flexible with hours (dependent on the department). Decent growth opportunities.

Cons

While there was room for growth opportunities they tended to take forever, mostly due to the financial restructuring the company was going through. Job security wasn't great because of this and they got rid of a lot of benefits.
