      Pros

      I have been with WeWork for eight years and have experienced incredible professional growth, starting as an associate and now leading the same team. This advancement was possible due to the guidance of fantastic leaders and the collaboration with talented peers. The company's "employee-first" culture is genuinely put into practice. During a difficult personal time when my mother was ill, the support I received was exceptional. My managers were flexible and understanding, and the leadership team showed a level of compassion that was truly remarkable. The company's insurance was also a significant help during this period. This is a company that genuinely stands by its employees.

      There are always challenges with a fast-growing company, but my overall experience has been definitely positive.
