You are an individual with your own self-identity and expression. WeWork would like you to forget that.
WeWork management preys on young, desperate millenials. They lead you to believe that this is the pinnacle of your career. Nowhere is better than WeWork and if you don't assimilate quickly (and I'm not talking standard tech culture in SF kool-aid drinking) I'm talking - you need to buy into 43 hour weeks, 6-9pm meetings where you're not getting paid overtime because you're on salary, panic attacks induced by not putting a chair in the right spot because managers are that petty and strung out, social anxiety in young people who otherwise were healthy before WeWork's toxic culture spread it's disease into their lives.
Note: Leaving WeWork was the best thing that ever happened to me. I feel free of Big Brother and the ugly characters that call it's walls home.
