Pros

Great people to work alongside. Believe in the product.

Cons

Little to no upward mobility, not a ton of coaching and feedback, a lot of young people running the company

Pros

There is free food often, beer on tap in every building, ability to work remotely sometimes, casual work environment.

Cons

No work-life balance, they expect you to work long hours and perform more than your job requirements (2-3 other jobs) for no extra salary or bonus. Speaking of which, those are not always guaranteed annually, not even a cost of living increase. Limited options for movement either laterally or upwards. Constantly hiring from outside to fill manager positions rather than promoting.

Pros

beautiful work space, barista bar, lovely bathrooms with products

Cons

no assigned seating causing chaos and people to steal computer and phone accessories, not a place for parents, very immature and non-understanding crowd, major duplication of roles and responsibilities across the entire organization
