Friendly, approachable, helpful, and talented engineering team with a strong desire to use industry best practices and improve the product for their customers. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Regular team check-ins and communication during remote work to keep projects and goals on target. The executive team is the best I have experienced at any company I have worked for and it's not even close actually. They continue to be kind, transparent, and regularly show how much they care about their employees well-being. I have experienced this personally on numerous occasions.

The positive culture at Wealthbox revolves around talent, great ideas, hard work and common goals from a group of team members who are passionate about a product and service we all believe in. The cofounders have created the exceptional culture with their guidance, but also with their ability to be supportive and available to all employees. As a woman, I have always felt like an equal. My ideas are always heard and often implemented into our company process or directly into the product. Although our teams work remotely, we work closely (virtually) and reliably. Wealthbox has grown quickly causing processes to continually evolve which has been exciting to be part of!
