A good place to start and make money , but no place for career advancement

Pros

When you first start, it will be a great challenge, very rewarding financially compared to other entry level jobs,unordinary working hours & work environment . Might be fun at the beginning.

Cons

Once you get a handle on things, the whole challenging part fades away, starts becoming more and more of a typical boring job, absolutely no career advancement ,very incompetent management.

Cons

no chance of advancement till you have been with the company for a long time hard to ask for days off
