Business Outlook
Pros
Good tuition reimbursement and benefits while going to school and working full time. Flexible in allowing to time for family and school (at least in my division).
Cons
The payscale is on the low end for the level of responsibility incurred to date. Lack of willingness to provide internal and product line training (seems to be limited to my division). Lack of overall career guidance from HR and managers. It is basically a fend for yourself environment.
