It is a good company to start with, long term there are much better companies to work for!

Pros

Good benifit packages Good experience in oil and gas industry Company offers RRSP matching Flex time was a plus,made is easy to take vacation time

Cons

-horrible interpersonal skills with management -lack of respect from senior positions -very cheap( employee's having children, lunches out) -very little growth and development -human resources personell lacked fairness with employee's in regards to educational reinburment -Very little recognition for employee efforts -high turnover rates -lack of communication of employee satisfaction between HR,Management and Employee -no bonuses(very small raises)
