The team at the floor-level all pulled in the same direction, some managers worked to improve culture

Cons

Most managers cared about themselves/their advancement, used others to get there. Inconsistent/poor pay. Favoritism. Took advantage of people's loyalty.

Over the past two years we've implemented new leadership/management training and workflow process improvements to help develop our employees.
