Pros

Good pay, good coworkers, good benefits

Cons

It was a mess, felt forced to work 7 day work weeks often. The CEO and other higher ups would come in to try to make folks feel bad about not working overtime. Everyone's retirement depends on the company stock, so it was very much a "You're making us fail if you don't come in to help" kind of feeling. Laid 300+ people off less than a year later.
