      Pros

      ESOP, there are some good people.

      Cons

      No one is held accountable. This company is the ultimate boys' club. Everyone works against each other. No one gets along. No one is happy or takes pride in their work. The culture feels very fake. They pretend to give employees a say but then management ignores everyone. They have very inexperienced people making poor decisions which costs the company a lot of money. Zero career opportunities unless you are able to get into the boys' club, then you will be fast tracked to management.
