Pros
I recently switched to a new role within the company and things have been going well so far. The team has been incredibly supportive, especially as I've navigated new systems and had to focus on my analytical skills. Having encouragement to find a new role within the company was welcome. The leadership team does care about finding the right spots for people and have always been open to my feedback/concerns. Overall, I've had a good run here so far.
Cons
More structured checkpoints with projects, more mentoring would've made the post-training days early in my career easier to get up to speed.
