Pros

well run business, leadership plans and communicates well, good pay/benefits/perks, insurance prices haven't gone up in a few years, plenty of in and out of office benefits to enjoy, high standards and customer approach

Cons

tons and tons of projects coming through, mostly small in nature from a dev perspective and the support queue never seems to end. it can get tiring after a while

Pros

Incredible culture, where values lead the way for every employee and their families. The inclusive team atmosphere promotes stability and (healthy) challenge, and provided numerous personal and professional growth opportunities. I truly was able to thrive as a creative here.

Cons

As an agency, there's never a "slow" day at WebFX! You have to be a quick and willing to research, problem-solve and learn as you go in a fast-paced environment, which isn't for everybody.
