      Pros

      Unlike many agencies, WebFX respects personal time and discourages after-hours work. Generous PTO policy and mental health flex days are a huge plus! Flexible start times allow me to work when I'm most productive. The team leads and coaches go out of their way to make sure that we feel appreciated, I get lots of sweet cards, coffees, treats, even a gift for my dog when he was sick.

      Cons

      Busy seasons can still be stressful even with good boundaries. Client expectations sometimes require extra hours despite the company's best efforts.

The design team is collaborative and supportive, with regular feedback sessions that help improve our work. The company invests in good design tools and resources, and there's a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles. What I particularly appreciate is the balance between following established design systems and having creative freedom to innovate.

      Creative and talented team A+ training and welcome The interview process was very welcoming and loved the friendly team Management seems to care a lot Charity programs and initiatives Local impact is a focus with things like StemFX and GreenFX TONS of programs for employees and ways to make friends

      Compensation could be a little higher with more bonuses High expectations, even early on More of a marketing focus than in depth design
