      Pros

      The hiring manager was super polite and easy to talk too. They also have remote worker benefits.

      Cons

      Be prepared to write 2x blogs, one 1000 words, the other 2000words - for FREE. There are also about 6 interview steps so if you're eager to start a new job, you're not going to have a good time. This is an unnecessarily long drawn out process on top of our already busy lives. Imagine wasting hours of research and writing only to be rejected. You'll feel like a clown.

      Pros

      They have great learning programs and incentives for employees. Great experience on your cv if you're from outside the US.

      Cons

      Will fire you with no hesitation for even the smallest things. Claim they care about mental health but managers don't really. Will give you no explanation for firings. Managers don't really listen to employees when bringing up issues or concerns.
