"This could get long, but that's the point...there's a lot to appreciate: The resources. Bootcamp was hands-on and practical, and the amount of training docs, videos, and Guru cards available is overwhelming in a good way. The leadership. Monthly all-hands actually share financials, wins, and misses. Coaches don't just monitor, they are good mentors and have helped me when I've been upset. The culture. We're even going to Mexico (the whole company) for hitting a big goal, there's an energy that makes you want to do better. The growth. Within 2 years, I've advanced roles, presented to execs, and had direct impact on revenue. I've never felt stuck."
Cons
Benefits could be stronger. PTO is fine, but retirement match is minimal compared to peers in similar agencies.
