      Pros

      good pay for the area, flexible hours and schedule, team events and competitions, nice monitors/hardware, company provided fitbit/farmshare, great mentors and managers in interactive, fxbuilds program.

      Cons

      Some client codebases are brutal, can spend time hacking through things until it makes sense, can be difficult to estimate projects, parking is tough if you are coming in late.

      Pros

      WebpageFX challenges me each day to learn new skills and become a better professional. It's refreshing to work for a company who values their employees and invests in them. Their are tons of programs to help you grow and build your career at the company.

      Cons

      The first few months on the job can feel overwhelming. You receive a ton of support and training, but there was a lot more to learn that other jobs I've had.
