      Pros

      I've significantly grown my skillset here, especially in client management. The challenges I've faced, particularly with tougher clients, have been rewarding and the leadership team has been mostly helpful in helping guide me through tougher calls and meetings. The bonuses are helpful if you can do a good job with your client roster.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be chaotic, particularly when a new service is launching or busier periods. Sometimes tasks overlap, causing confusion.

      Collaborative team environment. Structured onboarding and training programs for new hires. Opportunities to work with a variety of clients and industries. Strong emphasis on company culture and community involvement. Beautiful office space with modern amenities and frequent team events.

      Compensation is below industry standard for many roles. Heavy workload and tight deadlines can lead to burnout. Limited upward mobility — promotions can feel slow or unclear. Micromanagement and rigid processes may hinder creativity. High turnover rate, target mostly college kids for new hires.

      Pros

      I appreciate that even junior employees are allowed to participate and are heard. My suggestions have been implemented multiple times, which feels rewarding. The company actually has a dedicated project solely for Process Improvement ideas. If a new hire suggests an improvement, they will listen just as much as a seasoned employee.

      Cons

      Nothing sticks out, higher salary and more bonus is always nice though.
