Incredible Workplace Culture and Truly One of a Kind

Never worked for a place that worked so much to help you develop. There are over 6 different full scale training programs you can sign up for (optional) but not only do these training programs help you grow but they also pay you pretty sizeable bonuses to complete them. You start out with an initial bootcamp too which prepares you for each aspect of your job. 2020 has been a lot of work from home and the company has stayed super flexible throughout this period, (they've continued hiring!) but they bought every employee their own wfh workstation setup so that we would be comfortable and have everything we need to be really successful in WFH. Lots of virtual activities to stay connected and get to know your coworkers this year. Still managed to have almost 2 - 4 events every month, which included a lot of really cool experienes! We did a bunch of AirBNB experiences and tours. Ex for halloween we did a jack the ripper tour!

Cons

I wish they would have had more mock training for client interactions and calls so I could build my confidence in this faster.

Pros

First and foremost the coworkers at WebFX are amazing! I’ve never worked with so many supportive people who always push me to reach my full potential. Annual raise are extremely generous. There are too many programs to list and the company continues to add new benefits and programs each year. No other employer that I’ve worked for was even a 1/4 as good as WebFX. I never really see myself leaving the company since I’m always learning new things and the people I work with are like a family to me.

Cons

This is a pro for me since I love learning new things, but there is a huge amount of knowledge and skillsets you need to learn to excel at the company.

Collaborative team environment. Structured onboarding and training programs for new hires. Opportunities to work with a variety of clients and industries. Strong emphasis on company culture and community involvement. Beautiful office space with modern amenities and frequent team events.

Cons

Compensation is below industry standard for many roles. Heavy workload and tight deadlines can lead to burnout. Limited upward mobility — promotions can feel slow or unclear. Micromanagement and rigid processes may hinder creativity. High turnover rate, target mostly college kids for new hires.
