Overall, there is a great culture here. It’s been energizing to work so much with AI over the last couple of years…some of our past tech stack was a bit out of date but that’s improved a lot. Being encouraged to experiment with new technologies has been refreshing. The mentorship program paired me with a senior developer who's been instrumental in my growth, and the regular code reviews help maintain high standards and keep all of us engaged. There are also some fantastic kickball players here :)
