I've spent three years at WebFX and have generally positive feelings about my experience. The company really emphasizes professional development, and I've learned a ton about SEO, content marketing, and client management. The work-life balance is decent, though during busy seasons it can get pretty intense. One of the best things is the collaborative culture - you're never stuck solving problems alone.

Cons

The main downside is that the workload can be heavy, and you need to be incredibly organized to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
