An environment focused on the potential of everything and everyone, which is super uplifting - no blame game or problem-focus here. Awesome professional challenges. The best owners/leaders. Great clients who want relationships and strategic partnerships. Always something to do and can make a positive impact for the company or clients any day of the week.

Cons

It's fast-paced and there is always something new to learn, so you have to enjoy learning, exploring and not having "slow days". I love this, but not everyone would.
