Pros
Truly a solid place to work. I understand it's not for everybody and there are always things you wish you had more of but that has been true for any job I've had. The people are great here, owners care a lot about the employees, the company has been extremely successful, the office is beautiful, plenty of perks/benefits.
Cons
Insurance is a bit pricey, can't WFH as much while you are training
