Pros

There are so many reasons why I love my job, but here are just a few: I am not only encouraged to continuously learn, but rewarded for it. There is always work to be done for our clients and I have never been bored or not had work to do. I genuinely like all of my coworkers. There is no weird office politics. I have formed many life-long friendships from my employment. The benefits are fantastic and as long as you are willing to work hard, you will do well.

Pros

The work is engaging and interesting to me. The company has a lot of momentum and energy with a lot of growth in recent years. There is a focus on growth mindset, grit, positivity. It might not be for everybody based on the reviews here but I don't mind it. Pay and bonuses increase over time. Plenty of perks, 401k with company match, free healthcare option, learning resources. I value the emphasis on training and professional development that they have.

Cons

The company does have a unique personality that isn't for everybody. It can be easy to get sucked in to the work and find a good balance.

I love working at WebFX! The people are really great to work with and everyone is passionate about what they do and some of the most talented and nicest people I've ever worked with. There are always fun events going on, but more importantly I always feel incredibly stimulated by the work I am doing and I continue to feel challenged and stretched to go outside of my comfort zone and keep growing/getting 1% better everyday.

Cons

Keeping up with industry changes can be a bit of a challenge and we work at a pretty fast pace, which isn't for everyone.
