From day one as an FXer, I’ve felt incredibly supported by both leadership and my teammates. The culture is one of collaboration, respect, and mutual growth. Over time, my colleagues have become friends, and it's amazing to be surrounded by such a strong, tight-knit team. I feel my leadership truly values me on a personal and professional level and I've learned from prior jobs that's a rarity and something I deeply appreciate and value. I appreciate the overall work-life balance and the "work hard, play hard" culture that's instilled in FXers. Everyone genuinely wants to do good work and put their best foot forward for our clients, our team and the company at large. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s not only passionate about what we do but also committed to making a real difference for our clients and the community. For me, it really boils down to the people who work here. I'm so glad to be part of a company that prioritizes personal growth, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Cons
I feel offering more robust support for new parents (ie through additional leave options, benefits, etc.) would not only align with WebFX's values but also make a meaningful difference in the lives of employees and their families.
