      Pros

      They have great learning programs and incentives for employees. Great experience on your cv if you're from outside the US.

      Cons

      Will fire you with no hesitation for even the smallest things. Claim they care about mental health but managers don't really. Will give you no explanation for firings. Managers don't really listen to employees when bringing up issues or concerns.

      Pros

      great company that has a healthy environment and has been really successful. i first heard about them my freshman year and just finished my second year. lots of awesome people here, from the people you start with and coaches and even the company owners. i've really felt challenged in my first two years here and have learned so much. i was nervous to start working with clients but i've built a really strong relationship with several of them and have enjoyed it. i feel well supported here :)

      Cons

      the pay could be higher. it is a tight knit team that isn't for everybody, you need to buy in to the culture here.

      best things about webfx: the people are all awesome, FXfest when everybody from all over comes into the office for a whole week (we just had this for 2023), memorable experiences/events, learning lots and lots about digital marketing, getting to work with SMEs in different areas

      Cons

      having to re-learn similar things over and over as best practices change, timesheets
