Pros
So far, working at WebFX has been an incredibly enriching experience. From the outset, I was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative team environment, where creativity and innovation are highly encouraged. One aspect that truly sets this company apart is the array of perks and benefits it offers. The ongoing learning rlibrary of books has been a wonderful resource for personal and professional development. A lot of the books are technical stuff about SEO or development but there are plenty that are mindset/outlook focused which have helped me outside of work. Additionally, the implementation of happiness programs demonstrates the company's commitment to employee well-being and morale. The last few years they've added more availability of free mental health resources like counseling stipend and Headspace for free (my saviorrrr).
Cons
During the workday, the office is almost eerily quiet most of the time. It took me a while to get used to that. Some growing pains with how things work internally, who to go to for certain things.
