my first job out of college - enjoying it so far
Pros
i started at webfx around 6 months ago after graduating and have enjoyed it overall. there have been a lot of people start after i did so it is comforting to see the company is growing well given how many tech companies are having issues keeping staff. the culture is really good here like other reviews said. i really like my team and coach and have even made some good relationships with people in other buildings and departments. the work can be a little monotonous but overall i enjoy what i do (seo, ppc, building reports, coming up with strategies) and 90% of my clients are fantastic and open to new ideas. you get a lot of quick experience with working on projects early on - dont let that overwhelm you if you get hired here.
Cons
it can be a challenge at first getting up to speed and feeling like you are falling behind, sometimes its intimidating to ask questions when you are training, you get some schedule flexibility in the first year but not as much as other people who have been there longer
