Pros
Overall a good work environment. You have support from your team and leaders, the culture is one that is inclusive and supportive. A good place to grow and hone your skills with lots of programs that reward you for doing so. Lots of reviews mention all of the perks and benefits so I won't go over those in detail but there are plenty of those things. Pay and job opportunities have been plentiful as the company has grown. Truly a supportive place for your long term career.
Cons
Some of the tech powering internal tools seems outdated and breaks on occassion. Lots of outdated wikis and documentation. Benefits packages can be a confusing sometimes.
