      Pros

      Left WebFX after 2 years to relocate. Honestly miss it. The culture was real - not just posters on the wall about values. Leadership was approachable and the company walked the walk on charity stuff with FXBuilds. Training resources through FXLearns were solid and I used them constantly. My team was supportive and I always felt like I could ask dumb questions without judgment. The holiday events and team outings were a nice bonus.

      Cons

      The work can be intense and the metrics driven culture isn't for everyone. Some days you're juggling a lot of client demands and internal deadlines simultaneously. Also the Harrisburg location is fine but it's not exactly a booming city for nightlife or things to do after work.

      Pros

      I interned here and then came on full time. The gym access and wellness incentives are nice perks but the real draw is the people and the training. I've learned more here in two years than I did in college about actual marketing. The progression path is clear and my coach has been amazing at helping me figure out where to focus. Also the office has a lot of character - creative spaces, good coffee, standing desks.

      Pros

      Been here long enough to see the company grow a ton. Cost of living bonuses, new employee programs every year, expanded parental leave, 401k match increases, a company trip to Mexico, the coffee bar/barista. They keep adding things. There are ebbs and flows to the workload - some weeks are calm and then suddenly everything hits at once and it's stressful. But the good outweighs the rough patches by a wide margin for me.

      Cons

      Wish the workload was more evenly distributed throughout the year but I know that's partly just the nature of agency work.
