      Pros

      In my 6th year here and have really enjoyed it. Love the people on my team I get to work with and 95% of clients have been really good to work with. You'll build a lot of lifelong relationships here. I appreciate getting to work for a fast growing tech company in my hometown and not having to relocate away from PA. The company has a number of programs and benefits that others have mentioned which are nice added benefit to the job, raises, promotions, and opportunities.

      Cons

      The company is getting bigger and it is harder to know who to ask or to get things done sometimes; support ticket and assistance queues take longer, it is harder to get to know people, especially with a lot of people hybrid or remote.

      Pros

      I'm on my 5th year at WebFX and 99% of everything has been wonderful. The company has grown a lot and provided me with lots of good career opportunities and growth: training, promotions, transferred to a new office, working with bigger clients, bonuses. We just got back from a company trip to Mexico even. The job can be demanding sometime and there are difficult moments sometimes with clients and even team members but nothing out of the ordinary. Clients that I've worked with who were difficult were addressed by management which is good to know that they have your back. Overall, the coworkers you are with are all great people who are smart and welcoming and leadership has been solid and has a good plan for the company moving forward.

      Cons

      Like I said, 99% of things have been good. Communication could be more transparent about new processes and future company initiatives for things like office space and new service offerrings. Some of the perks and benefits are confusing to navigate and you have to invest a little bit of time learning how to use them.

      Pros

      For Central PA, very advanced in technical marketing expertise and stellar training program. You'll get a little stressed but learn a lot and be challenged.

      Cons

      Didn't like being in Harrisburg and some of the remote options were limited.
