friendly, welcoming, and brilliant coworkers, bosses, coaches...i've worked at a couple other places and it is no surprise why webfx is growing because the team is very smart and committed to their craft. at the same time, the overall environment is supportive and caring despite such a focus on helping clients and driving results and growth. there are a lot of perks and fun activities that i saw on social before i started and those exist but the core of the company is a culture that works very hard. if you walk through the office during your interview you will notice that. the training program is fantastic and there are a lot of resources with livewellfx, fx learns, fxbuilds and more if you want to get involved. fun breakout events and parties that are super cute. overall, a good place to start out at, meet people, learn lots, get good experience at a fast growing company. i would recommend working here if you can get hired (it is competitive)
Cons
stress and pressure can be a real thing here if you don't set boundaries. it can be easy to feel behind and like an imposter if you don't know something. the pace is quick.
