Pros
Smart company and leadership, usually ahead of the curve, detailed training program with coaches and trainers that are happy and eager to answer questions and help you, plenty of advancement and growth opportunities in same or different departments, transparency around goals and how the company is doing, raises/promotions, feedback around how to progress in your career is given in a clear manner, flexibility options
Cons
Company is working hard to expand and grow so can be challenging to keep up and complete things that should be easy - like who sits in what desk, what is somebody's job title, where to find notebooks. More documentation in general is needed. I would like more frequent feedback too - the feedback I get is helpful but having it biweekly or monthly instead of quarterly would be good.
