Work 42+ Hours Every Week - I couldn’t even use the bathroom without adding time onto my day. Toxic Positivity - there is no acceptable answer to “how are you doing?” except for “Amazing! WebFX is the best and work is my favorite and I am operating at 115% productivity today!!!” Disregard for Employees Mental and Physical Health - being sick or having a bad day isn’t an option, so you better get healthy and happy fast! Mandatory Work Parties - these don’t count towards your weekly hours, so if you go (which you basically have to or you get called out) you have to stay late and work more. No Work/Life Balance - one time I was reprimanded for doing something on the weekend. Not something in particular, just SOMETHING. So, I can only assume that the other employees spend their time outside of work just sitting in a dark room and thinking about how much they love WebFX?? It is the Amazon warehouse of digital marketing agencies.
