      Pros

      Cross-team collaboration is better than I've experienced elsewhere. I've had the freedom to pitch big ideas, and sometimes they actually get implemented. There's a companywide board that anybody can submit suggestions too that is monitored closely

      Cons

      Feels like we're always sprinting. Strategy sometimes takes a back seat to speed. I can't find close parking if I come in a little later. Change, change, change all the time. Office seems like it's either freezing or super hot

      Over my four years here, I've watched WebFX consistently put employees first in meaningful ways. Thoughtful cards, cost of living bonuses, new programs for employees, helping fund STEM classes in local schools, trip to Mexico for the whole company, yummy coffee bar drinks, expanding new parent leave, increasing 401k match…I”ll stop there lol

      Cons

      There is like ebbs and flows to how busy we are. SOmetimes it's not too bad and then other weeks or months, everything seems to happen and it's hard to work like that.
