      Pros

      the pay is good the location is good the people are good the brand is a good one to have on your resume the company is doing a good thing by putting health information in hands of consumers team oriented environment (from an execution perspective)

      Cons

      very top down approach (in terms of generation of ideas - though this varies from group to group) if you have worked for a more mature organization in the past, you will be very surprised how few decisions you are able to make at this company culture can be a bit difficult to pinpoint
