Pros

Industry that allow you to gain diverse skills and experience.

Cons

Working for WebMD left me with major PTSD and a crushed self-esteem. To say that the work culture is toxic would be an understatement. Everything in that company is political, hostile and based on preferential treatment and “cliques” instead of merit or actual professional ethic. They literally force you to lie to clients in order to produce sales. They do not care about transarency or maintaining relatiobships with clients as long as you sell. However, don't expect to get any support or guidance from management, because no one there has actual management skills or understanding of the global economic marketplace. Most of them act like true sociopathic narcissists who will crush you, bully you and chew you up the minute you become a threat to them. Not to mention the lack of communication, horrible work hours, no benefits or possibilities of growth/promotion. They have no idea how to manage a company in the XXI century and truly operate like a sweatshop.

Pros

- Performance Based Increment are given quarterly. ( Conditional to your employment agreement).

Cons

- First 3 months you will have to work 16hrs a day. - you will get continuous threats of being fired. - you will be pressured and tested. Details: You will be put into a training program where training is missing. You are expected to learn 4 technologies in 4 week at the end of every week they will give you a test and if you fail you will be either kicked out or put into performance improvement plan. There will be 2 stand-up meetings in a day then you will be given a take home assignment. And remember they aren't hiring for developer role they are hiring for engineer role thus you will be asked to create application designs and documentation for everything you do.

Pros

No pros bro. No pros trust me

Cons

This is the worst Company for any fresher. HR will hire you saying you will be trained for 3 months learn new technologies and do work. They will give impossible tasks to complete within every 3 hours. Also there is take home where you will be given task to complete at home. The tasks are so big its like complete full stack app. Impossible to complete and hence it will make you have sleepless nights everyday. The risk of being fired is in every minute. The worst, please freshers avoid this company, or you will lose your head here.
