People you are working with are good.

Cons

They hire you by saying they will teach you 4 technologies. But there is nothing as teaching here you have to do everything on your own. 4 technologies in one month. Moreover the kind of pressure for the initial 3 months is unbearable, only if you think you can be in a pressure cooker for 3 months, then join. Hire and Fire policy. People are also being fired on the so called performance basis within the training period itself.
