I worked there for years and saw how inefficiently everything is run. It's a very flat corporate structure and so difficult to get promoted (even after logging in tons of overtime, you still get screwed) Communication between BU's and particularly from your own group leader is non-existent. Everyone finds out about information at the last minute even if it will be affecting your role and management has known about it for months. This became very frustrating because even if you have expertise or own the product noone will ask for your suggestions. This is because it may make your manager look bad and he/she is only concerned about fighting for their own promotions. Raises are minimal and they'd rather restructure a group than promote anyone. So forget about a career here.

Depending on which team you work on employees can be too hierarchical and it's too easy for people who don't much to get pay exorbitant salaries while other team members who do the bulk of the work or considerably underpaid.
