There's a great culture of learning and support and the employees have a lot to offer both personally and professionally.

Cons

There is not enough resources to handle the expected workload. Projects are rushed which leads to technical debt.

People are talented, creative and hard working. Location is great. Vacation time seems fair based on comparable companies.

Cons

You really need to ask for feedback as management doesn't seem keen on giving it. Also, space is at a premium, so don't expect a door.
