      Pros

      If you can survive there, you can survive anywhere. It will teach you toughness and how to emotionally detach yourself from your job.

      Cons

      The place is full of back stabbing colleagues, condescending management, and an overall lack of understanding about how to build a business.

      Pros

      There are some good people who are incredibly talented and passionate about their work. Beautiful office, free coffee, expresso machines and healthy snacks.

      Cons

      Horribly managed, no clue to business strategy or how to run a business, nor do they even care. Very unstable for longevity, hiring or anyone's career regardless of what is sold to people. Proof is in the financials and the stock, as well as the layoffs that are happening across the board. Dog eat dog work groups... one will stab you in the back for their next promotion or just kudos.

      Brand recognition. Office space (before they shut it down)

      Cons

      The product itself is dated and quasi 'click bait'. Rounds of layoffs and a non-existent culture. Also, considering they closed down the NYC office and are forcing people to now commute to NEWARK, NJ when many of us have been working remotely or hybrid. The announcement came via email before any of the senior leadership team even knew. Communication is lacking as is everything else.
