The management is very young and does not know how to support you, backstabbing culture, high levels of micromanagement. The turnover rate within the sales planning team is ridiculously high, which shows the incompetency of the higher management within the team. Low salary as compared to the rest of the industry. The company is greedy and has started to cut down costs, resulting in layoffs within the UK & US. People are backfilled in India.
