Good health benefits and decent PTO Having the company on your resume

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. They don’t tell you what you’re doing wrong as an entry level employee, they expect you to know everything once trained in 2 months max. Terrible pay.

Decent work/life balance if your position doesn’t involve travel.

Cons

Anyone mentioning perks like bagels or pizza — you only get those if you work in the NY office. The other offices don’t do them at all. Pay is middling, at best. Well below market value. HR will say one thing and then do another. Also fans of the phrase, “We’re like a family” even though there are about 5000 people working here. No, we’re not. Upper management is full of toxic positivity.
