Great co-workers and managers. Want to help you grow in your position and find a position in the company you'd like to try / aim to be at. Really flexible with remote work.

Cons

Pay is pretty sub-par for the role and benefits are only okish. We once didn't get an annual raise because "it's so small it would be offensive". So they went smaller.
