Pros

The pay is not as bad as the job.

Cons

Age and ethnic discrimination, 12 hour shifts 7 days a week, short break times, no advance notice for OT, way too much inhalation of primer fumes.

Pros

This company was a pleasure to work for. They always tried to help the best they could if family matter came up. They are also more then happy to help with overtime as long as the company had the work to give.

Cons

The only con I had with the company was that if you get hired in you have to work the second shift, no exceptions. I unfortunately was not able to do this due to personal reasons so it caused this to be a dead end job for me,
