Theme days are fun and the service girls are amazing very friendly and welcoming made my job a little easier

They under value their employees and they don't want to help you better your self they see you as more of an object than an asset

Pros

People, opportunity, ability to grow. I have seen a lot of people (including myself) get promoted. The company is growing larger and I am confident in the opportunities to come. I also had some person things going on not too long ago and they were very understanding, giving me the time I needed to get things together. Really a great place to work!

Cons

None at this time. Maybe get some plants in the office and visit other locations in the company to see stores.
