Zero training. Ive been here a while now and all of my knowledge of the job has been gained by self initiative. Asking others, and taking it upon yourself is the only way you will ever excell here. I was "trained" by a "weld engineer" that self expressed he has never welded a day in his life. If you are looking to learn a new trade try elsewhere. The one and only task i had for months was to hold down concrete and watch others play on their phones and huddle up with the good ole boy mentality for 12 hours a day. I was trashed on from day one from a few supervisors and listened to them take bets on how long it would be before i pointed out and was terminated to my face. There are convicted child molesters, parolees of drug and violent crimes 3 days out of prison on staff in every location. And at the absolute least, the place is overmanaged, and highly under staffed. They are now trying to push a wellness program that noone wants. I mean seriously what makes you people think forcing your employees into starving themselves for an entire day, and then giving blood to a pall mall chain smoker in the nasty breakroom was ever going to be a good idea? This place is doomed for closure in the next few years. I habe worked with every coil edit line worker to date that is on staff. And so far not one single operator follows clear procedures. You will almost definitly trip and break your neck stumbling over elctrical cords at every step laying on the floor and hosed in acetone.
