Family oriented culture, they promote from within, employees do care for each other, great place to work, management care for employees, I had great boss.

Great place to learn needed skills in production of stainless tube.

Great people, easy to learn new skills. Lots of OT Quick opportunity for advancement. Small shop, easy to learn multiple positions.

Cons

Lack of breaks for 12 hours. 1 10min and 1 30 min lunch Not everyone follows safety rules... people operating cranes that aren’t certified. Not a team environment, some don’t pull their weight.
